招募令｜别宅家啦！来邳州市博物馆解锁你的夏日限定身份

<p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">为充实博物馆公共文化服务力量，为青少年提供了解文博、参与文博的实践平台，邳州市博物馆现启动 2026 年暑期大中学生志愿者招募工作。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">欢迎热爱历史文化、热心公益事业的青年学子报名，共同守护历史瑰宝，讲好本土文化故事。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">（一）招募条件</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">1. 年满 16 周岁的在校中学生、大学生。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">2. 身体健康，品行端正，责任心强，无不良记录。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">3. 待人友善，举止文明，具备良好沟通能力和团队意识。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">4. 自觉遵守馆内各项规章制度，恪守岗位职责，不无故缺勤。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">5. 热爱文博事业，自愿参与公益服务；有志愿服务经历或历史、考古、文博、传媒等相关专业优先。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">（二）招募岗位</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">1. 文明导览岗：维护展厅秩序，引导观众文明观展，解答基础咨询，协助看护展品。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">2. 社教辅助岗：协助开展暑期研学、主题展览、公益讲座等活动，负责现场布置、签到、物资整理等工作。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">3. 宣传推广岗：协助开展活动图文撰写、现场拍摄、短视频制作等，擅长写作、摄影、剪辑或新媒体运营者优先。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">4.观众调查岗：协助开展观众满意度调研，系统收集游客对展览、服务及活动等方面的反馈与建议。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">（三）服务时间</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">暑假期间，累计服务时长不低于一周。具体时间根据馆内工作需要及个人时间安排确定。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">（四）报名须知</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">1. 报名时间：即日起至7月15日。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">2. 报名方式：将个人简历（内容包括且不限于姓名、性别、学校、专业、联系方式、可服务时间、意向岗位等）发送至邮箱pzbwgbgs@163.com，邮件主题命名为“暑假志愿者+姓名+学校”；也可将个人简历打印成册送至邳州市博物馆一楼服务中心。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">3. 选拔流程：对报名材料进行筛选，通过筛选者将收到面试通知，面试通过后即可加入邳州市博物馆志愿者团队。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">4. 地址：邳州市运河街道运平路58号；咨询电话：0516-86261083。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">（五）注意事项</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">1. 本次招募为纯公益志愿服务，无薪资报酬；</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">2. 录用者须参加岗前培训，合格后方可上岗；</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">3. 服务期间无故缺席、消极履职者，将取消其志愿者资格；表现突出者可获评“邳州市博物馆优秀志愿者”并颁发证书。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">以青春之力，传文脉薪火。这个夏天，期待心怀热爱的你，走进邳州市博物馆，以志愿之名，邂逅千年文脉，<span style="text-indent: 2em;">在奉献中成长，在坚守中传承，与我们一同守护城市记忆、传播本土文化！</span></p>
