<p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">“倏忽温风至，因循小暑来。”当太阳到达黄经 105 度，夏日的篇章翻到了小暑这一页。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">《月令七十二候集解》说：“小暑，六月节。暑，热也。就热之中分为大小，月初为小，今则热气犹小也。”此时虽热，却尚未达到极致，故称“小暑”。小暑是二十四节气中的第十一个节气，亦是夏季的第五个节气，通常在每年公历 7 月 6 日至 8 日之间。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">古人将小暑分为三候：“一候温风至；二候蟋蟀居宇；三候鹰始鸷。” 小暑之后，温风取代了凉风，带着滚滚热浪扑面而来，所到之处皆被暑气笼罩。此时，蟋蟀不堪酷热，纷纷离开空旷的田野，躲到庭院的墙角下避暑，寻找一方清凉之地。而雄鹰则因地面气温过高，振翅高飞，在清凉的高空自由翱翔，尽显矫健之姿。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">小暑至，盛夏启。田垄间，农人躬身细作，每一滴落入泥土的咸涩，既有对丰收的虔诚礼赞，更蕴藏着人们对岁月静好的永恒期许。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>小暑习俗</strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">祭祀食新<br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">小暑节气，南方稻子开始收割。农民将新碾好的大米做成米饭供祀五谷大神和祖先，祈愿风调雨顺、五谷丰登。然后，一家人围坐在一起，品尝新米的香甜、新酒的甘醇，共享丰收的喜悦。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">吃饺子</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">“头伏饺子二伏面，三伏烙饼摊鸡蛋。”小暑过后不久，便进入初伏，北方素有 “头伏吃饺子” 的传统。伏日里，天气炎热，人们往往食欲不振，身体也比往常消瘦，这就是所谓的“苦夏”。而饺子形似元宝，不仅外形讨喜，更重要的是馅料丰富多样，能够刺激食欲，让人在炎热的夏日里也能大快朵颐，补充身体所需的能量。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">晒 &nbsp;伏</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">农历六月初六，常在小暑前后。《宋史》“本纪第八·真宗三”记载：大中祥符四年正月“丙申，诏以六月六日天书再降日为天贶节”。天贶即“天赐”之意。宋真宗定下这个节日，本意是利用天神道教愚弄民众，维护统治，后来民间逐渐形成在这一天晾晒衣物、书籍等习俗，还衍生了一些民谚，如“六月六，晒红绿”“六月六，晒龙袍”“六月六，晒霉毒”等等。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">吃伏羊</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">徐州地区盛行“吃伏羊”，这一习俗可追溯至尧舜时期，民间认为“彭城伏羊一碗汤，不用神医开药方”。2021年5月，“徐州伏羊食俗”被列入第五批国家级非遗项目名录。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">“巩人作枕坚且青，故人赠我消炎蒸。持之入室凉风生，脑寒发冷泥丸惊。”北宋文学家张耒所作的这首《谢黄师是惠碧瓷枕》描绘的正是古代的消暑降温“神器”——瓷枕。瓷枕创烧于隋代，最初用于陪葬，唐时发展为脉枕，自宋代开始，成为夏令时节的主要寝具之一，具有清凉沁肤、爽身怡神、“明目益睛，至老可读细书”的作用。明清时期，随着更为优质的制枕材料的出现，瓷枕慢慢退出了历史舞台。</p></section></section></section></p>
