<p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">盼望着，盼望着，东风来了，春天的脚步近了。北京时间2月3日22时10分将迎来立春节气。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">立春，又名正月节、岁节、改岁、岁旦等，是廿四节气之首。 “立”是“开始”的意思，意味着从这一天起，春季开始了，闭藏的冬天结束了，新一个轮回正式开启。今年的立春日是“数九”当中的“五九”最后一天，属于“春打五九尾”。“青帝东来日驭迟，暖烟轻逐晓风吹”，此时虽然依旧春寒料峭，但寒冬已尽，万物逐渐复苏，生命开始蓬勃，春天即将回归大地。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">我国自古就对立春节气非常重视，春秋时就有周天子率三公九卿到东郊祭祀迎春的仪式，直至今日，一些地方仍会在立春日祭祀土神、句芒神（春神），占风向，望云气，占岁成。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">打 春</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">立春时节，还有以“鞭打春牛”来“催农耕作”的习俗，带有典型的农耕特质。立春时，民间制作春牛，鞭打之，意在提醒人们要抓紧春耕生产，莫误农时。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">咬 春</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">北方一些地方要吃萝卜，谓之“咬春”，取的是古人“咬得草根断，则百事可做”之意，现在多是吃春饼和春卷。春可咬可吃，有趣有诗意。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">饮 春</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="text-wrap: nowrap;">我国南方很多地区还有饮春茶的习俗。旧时，温州人的春茶颇为考究，将柚子切开，加上白豆（或黑豆）放在茶中饮食；后来便将一些食材放在“汤罐”中煨得烂熟，煨好春茶后，温州人先敬祖先，后供家人、邻居们分食，共同迎接春天的到来。在江西，还有喝青果茶的习俗，即在绿茶中放一颗青橄榄，口感清香甘甜，具有祈愿生活甜美的寓意。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;
