line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">古人以农历七、八、九月为“三秋”，八月十五恰值“三秋”之半，故名“中秋”。中秋节由上古秋夕祭月演变而来，成形于唐代，盛行于宋朝，到明清时期成为最主要的节日之一，延续至今，和春节、清明、端午并称为我国四大传统节日。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">中秋节习俗</span></strong></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">农历八月十五，银月光满，玉露初凉，丹桂飘香，正是一年中最有诗意的时节。人们以拜月祭月、赏月、吃月饼、赏桂花、喝桂花酒、观钱塘潮、点塔灯、舞火龙等方式，纪念这团圆美满的时刻。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">望月赏月</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">“今人不见古时月，今月曾经照古人。古人今人若流水，共看明月皆如此。”从古至今，望月赏月是中秋必不可少的环节。仰望明月，不仅可以遥寄情思，更是今人与古人的一次心灵碰撞。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">拜月祭月<br/></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">拜月是一个古老的习俗，《礼记》中就记载了“秋暮夕月”，也就是祭拜月神。大多是在中秋晚上，对月设下香案，摆上月饼、柿子、苹果、橘子、葡萄、石榴等。待圆月升起后，全家人对月祭拜祈福，祭毕，全家人赏月、吃瓜果、分食大月饼。柿子和苹果寓意“事事平安”，橘子、葡萄和石榴都有“多子多福”之意。此外，藏族寻月，沿河猎影；苗族跳月，歌舞吹笙；土族打月，投石水中；壮族祭月，竹排花灯；傣族拜月，拥戴英雄……也都颇具少数民族特色。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">咬月嚼月<br/></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">“咬月”，咬的不是月亮，而是月饼和内涵丰富的中秋文化。中秋吃月饼，最先见于苏轼的诗句“小饼如嚼月，中有酥与饴&quot;。明代《西湖游览志馀》记载：“八月十五日谓之中秋，民间以月饼相遗，取团圆之意。”可见，月饼在当时已是民间互赠的礼物。小小的月饼寄托了人们对团圆美满的期盼，各种馅料的流行变迁，又演绎了一部丰富多彩的“月饼进化史”。不论是传统的五仁、芝麻、豆沙、莲蓉还是新式的冰皮、水果、药膳月饼，每个人心中总有一款“白月光”。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
