<p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">“却是石榴知立夏，年年此日一花开。”当温润的春风渐渐被温热的夏风取代，我们迎来了二十四节气中的第七个节气 —— 立夏。当然，立夏并不代表已经进入夏季。按照现代气象学的标准，除福州到南岭一线以南地区触摸到了夏日的气息以外，全国大部分地区仍处于春夏交替阶段，而东北和西北的部分地区此时才步入春季的门槛。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">立夏作为夏季的第一个节气，《月令七十二候集解》解释道：“立，建始也，夏，假也，物至此时皆假大也。” 此处的 “假” 意为 “大”，表示春天播种的植物至此已直立长大。立夏的到来，宛如一把钥匙，开启了夏日的大门，宣告着万物进入蓬勃生长的重要阶段。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">古代将立夏分为三候：“一候蝼蝈鸣；二候蚯蚓出；三候王瓜生。” 立夏时节，天气逐渐炎热，蝼蝈（一说青蛙）开始聒噪着迎接夏日的到来，蚯蚓也忙着翻松泥土，瓜果藤蔓和各类野菜也都争相出土、日日攀长。“生如夏花之绚烂”，夏日的花开得最为繁茂。立夏的花信风为：一候芍药，二候玫瑰，三候康乃馨。这些花卉在初夏时节竞相绽放，将大地装点得绚丽多彩。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">万物繁茂，始于立夏。此时，水稻及其他春播作物的管理进入大忙季节。立夏节气不仅承载着“春生夏长”的自然法则，更凝聚着中华民族数千年的农耕智慧，在科技与传统的交融中持续焕发生机。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>立夏习俗</strong></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">迎夏仪式：周朝时，帝王要亲率文武百官到郊外“迎夏”，并指令司徒等官去各地勉励农民耕作。汉代亦沿袭此俗，且君臣一律穿朱色礼服，以表达对丰收的祈求和美好的愿望。到宋代，礼仪更趋繁琐。至明代，始有“尝新风俗”。清代时，江浙一带有“吃补食”的习俗，南方各家蒸新茶，并配以各种水果，馈赠亲戚邻居。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">称人：“立夏称人轻重数，秤悬梁上笑喧闺。”古人在立夏这天轮流称重，看秤人大声报数并添上吉祥话，意在提醒人们注意身体健康。小孩增重父母高兴，老人增重儿孙快乐，寄托的都是祈求健康长寿的美好愿望。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">吃蛋、斗蛋：“立夏吃蛋，石头踩烂”。民间认为鸡蛋可防“疰夏”（夏季消瘦乏力）。这一习俗还衍生出 “立夏斗蛋” 活动，孩子们聚在一起，相互以蛋相击，蛋被击破者为输家。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">尝新：江南一带，素有“立夏尝三新”的习俗，即品尝新鲜的时令食物。在苏州，“三新”为樱桃、青梅、麦子；常熟尝新的食物有 “九荤十三素” 之说。南通则吃煮鸡、鸭蛋，无锡吃黄瓜和杏子，杭州有吃 “三烧、五腊、九时新” 的习俗。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">这是一件出土于邳州市新河镇煎药庙西晋墓地的蟾形水注，器表施酱褐釉，蟾蜍作伏地状，口部有圆形小孔，扁腹，凹底，两侧贴塑四肢，造型生动逼真，栩栩如生。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em;">水注又称水滴、砚滴等，是古代文人雅士案前桌上不可缺少的文房用具之一，主要用来将水滴入砚中以供磨墨。魏晋时期，人们将水注制成蟾形，有长寿吉祥、祈福禳灾的寓意。隋唐以后，科举选官盛行，开始出现以“蟾宫折桂”比喻读书人应试中榜的说辞。随着制瓷业的不断进步，宋元以后的水注形制越来越多样化，它们大都古雅别致，工艺精美，堪称古代文人挚爱的“手办”。</p>
